As quality initiated at field so producers are managed under high professional technicians producing required specifications considering food safety practices.

 The product quality assurance starts from the field management as fruit picking is selective to select the highest qualities that are GLOBAL.G.A.P. Certified and managed according to the principles of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). Using such techniques rationalize use of chemicals. Healthy seeds and seedlings selected that are suitable for the growing conditions and not genetically modified materials.

Packing houses, used, have high standards of hygiene implementing principles of HACCP and BRC Global Standards.
